Only fits the vertical engine, please do not order if you have the horizontal engine or any other model.

When testing we saw with a stock bike would rev to approx 8000 rpm with 6.4 bhp “under load control and had a speed of 55mph on the dyno.

Top speed 55 mph

After converting to carb we saw

11,000 rpm

10.5 bhp

Top speed 75 mph

Both top speed are on the dyno with no wind or drag restriction, it’s just a comparison.

ONLY FITS THE VERTICAL ENGINES!

This kit needs to run with an open free flowing exhaust, so you will need to cut the stock silencer off and re weld on a free flowing type, we will offer this as a service and are looking into remaking complete exhausts systems.

You have to remove the fuel pump off its platform and use the inline fuel tap & hose reducer supplied.

The kit allows you to keep the original ignition part of the injection so the only down fall will be that the EFI fault light will stay on and the handle bar kill switch will no longer work.

We also offer a ride in ride out service subject to work load.

Kit comprises of

1 x Carb 26mm oval bore carb pre jetted to work with free flowing exhaust

1 x Inlet manifold with heat spacer bolts and gaskets

1 x Throttle cable

1 x Fuel hose kit with inline filter, fuel tap, bracket, & hose reducer

Allow 1.5 hours to fit
