This is our basic but effective oil cooler kit for the OHV CG Ace styled engines.

New valve cover has take off's coming off at 60 degrees to each other photo to be updated..

Makes a big difference to the oil viscosity that in turn helps with engine life and makes the gear changes feel smoother when the engine is up to temperature.

It’s a universal kit that come with brackets to mount to your Ace frame tube or it may be retro fitted.

  • Height 100mm inc brackets = 140mm

  • Bolt centers 50mm rubber mountings

 

Supplied with all the hose clips, banjo’s, banjo bolts and washers required.

Fits the range of engines with Honda style CG 125 rocker covers

Rocker cover In & Out banjo bolts and sealing washers M10 X 1.25 pitch

Includes O-Ring cover gasket.

Takes oil from rocker spray bar out to oil cooler before it reaches oil spray bar, much like the same as the C90 style engines.
