C90 tuning 988 kit for CDI type engines RACE. Suitable for use with Plop enduro

The head

This head has the same valve sizes and dome as an E22 head. It has been fully Stage 3 tuned and gasflowed by OORacing This head produces a 30% gain over the stock head.

• Long duration cam 5.63mm lift
• Cam sprocket 28 teeth
• Cam bearings
• Cam sprocket bolts (3 bolts)
• Exhaust valve 20mm
• Valve guides (2 guides)
• Valve seals
• Collets (4 collets)
• RACE valve spring (dual type 40 PSI at full compression)
• Top caps (retains collets)
• Rockers
• Rocker shafts
• 6mm Exhaust studs

This head is all assembled and ready to fit with the valve gaps set but we reccomend you check the gaps after installation.

This works well with 47mm to 52mm diameter cylinders. Ideal for C90 conversions upgrading the existing head to include a bearing type camshaft for better performance, tuning and less drag.

Technical data:

• Exhaust gap:    0.12mm
• Inlet gap:          0.10mm
• Head torque:     10ft/lbs

IMPORTANT WORKSHOP NOTES:

• Check the head torque when the engine has cooled down from its first run.
• Check gaps every 6 hours of use.

The Ignition

This VMR118 kit eliminates all the usual problems with starting, Kick backs, broken crank cases and miss fires found when running inner rotors, plus with its variable advance and a bit more weight the torque gain is really impressive.

NO LIGHTING COILS

This is our full race system with high output 4 coil stator gives one hell of a spark on start up, makes starting easy on high comp engines!
