Advanced formula motorcycle suspension fluids designed to provide a consistently smooth fork action, with optimum damping qualities, at all times. Based on high viscosity index oils to ensure minimal viscosity change throughout the operating temperature range. Reduces wear, corrosion and oxidation and provides first class oil seal compatibility and conditioning. Available in five SAE viscosity grades - 5W (light), 10W (medium), 15W (intermediate), 20W (heavy) and 30 (extra heavy).

Instructions for standard type forks: (Up Side Down forks will require you to look at workshop manual):

• Crack off the top nuts from fork caps just half a turn
• Remove fork(s) from bike
• Remove top fork caps. Caution: spring loaded and will fly out
• Remove fork springs
• Tip out oil from forks & pump a bit at the same time. (carefully to avoid mess)
• Best to leave upside down for an hour minimum to drain effectively
• Fill forks with correct volume of oil (Measure what you removed from forks)
• Re fit spring with  tightly wound coils end first
• Place spacer (IF USING THEM) on top of the springs
• Carefully refit top cap
• Fit forks back in bike and do the final tighten on the top caps to workshop manual reccomended torque
