This listing is for a complete exhaust system for your ACE style bike with engines from 125cc-250cc.

To fit the Commando style exhaust you need to cut down the front pipe. We removed approximately 80mm. The bracket did not require extending and it cleared the brake. If you cut it too short you will encounter problems with needing a longer bracket and interference with the brake.

The other end cans may require less or more of the front pipe to be cut down.

The pipe has a purpose made dent  in the back of the top bend to clear frame on cretin type of frame, doesn’t effect the performance.

PLEASE NOTE

On the 250 you might want to run 2 exhaust gaskets or the flange can bottom out.
