-High carbon Japanese steel SCM 435 surface hardened pins for wear resistance.

-High carbon Japanese steel SCM 415 rigid bushes to withstand a large pressure fitting force.

-Precision formed excellent impact resistance SWRCH 12A rollers.

-Leading edge in fatigue strength and rust free property plates

If your not sure on your chain pitch measure the width of the sprocket 6mm = 420 pitch and 7.3mm = 428 pitch

Why has my chain now got tight spots?

  1. Most common issue is the chain has been run tight “over adjusted” and it’s pull bent the pins out of shape making the side plates tight.
  2. Lack of lubrication
  3. Using a new chain on worn sprockets
