Rocker shim, to improve decompressor Z190/212

We have made this shim to improve the contact decomp to roller rocker.

We are now finding there is more end float on the exhaust rocker allowing it to move over to the left and allowing it to have less contact with the decompressor shaft. Its 0.2mm thick.

Worth fitting when you fit the 70% stronger decomp spring.
