This unit is to work only with the large flywheels, with not work with super spin gens 530g or with Inner rotor kits

Why have we made this unit, two reasons see below

1, Some performance engines will go into valve bounce at around 12000 RPM during shifting up the gears, this can cause a major flat spot in the start of the next gear rev range due to turbulence in the intake from the valve bounce, so if we set the rev limiter to cut in 200 rpm before bounce the eliminates any turbulence in the in take avoiding a flat spot when you get back on the gas, so no more burbling back out through the carb!

2. Some of you are running around on 50cc registered bike with fast engines so if you get caught out with this new speed test rolling road your in trouble, but with this CDI on flick of a remote switch you can restrict your bike to 30 mph!

So the CDI has a trimmer to set the rev limit and 2 wire switch so you can switch from restricted MAP to open MAP un restricted.

We are making them to start with the stock 5 pin and 6 pin Honda style plug, will do the 4 pin D/C if there’s enough demand.
