Laser line/Broken spokes

We have been asked to look in to why some bikes seem to be eating rear wheels on a daily bases and weaving  under low speed acceleration. We checked over the last few weeks a number of popular bikes on the market and found that most bike can up to 30mm out front to rear, this can put a stress on the wheels and the rider, its not that noticeable at first on the road just the normal weaving until you get used to it and end up naturally compensating it. We set up a CNC chassis bike for a customer moving the rear wheel over by 8mm and set the wheels in line I.e. chain alignment  and this transformed the bike and spokes are holding out.

 

It seems like  the Chinese manufactures don’t communicate with each other and buy I.e. Fastace forks with spacers and SDG wheel and their own frames and the standard available wheel spacers for the SDG wheels.
