90cc Semi auto electric start QS engine

These engines are very basic not high grade and are being sold here for parts or for use in just field bikes, they work fine but the quality is poor in our eyes. Still with transit oil that in some cases has leaked so engine might need a clean.

Being sold below cost so no warranty sadly. Please take note..

Engine. 90cc 4 speed. Semi automatic. With 1 down 3 up gear configuration

Under slung high torque starter motor

M8 155mm engine bolt centres won't fit the 180mm bolt frames.

Gears 1-N-2-3-4 One down, three up
Semi auto so no clutch lever just push the lever and she will change gear smoothly.

Charging type single phase 2 yellow wires we do this option only as it supports the battery better for the E-start.

 

  • Engine oil:            10W/40 Mineral Oil
  • Capacity approx: 600ml
  • Valve clearance:  0.10mm inlet 0.12mm exhaust
