Finally here our Stainless steel under seat performance exhaust for the 50cc chassis bikes

It’s a 28mm internal bore with much the same bends as the stock pipe.

The silencer is all alloy with a removable baffle for noise

The fixing of the silencer is by a stainless steel bracket to the frame with 3 spacers due to not all the sub frames are the same where they have welded the lugs, so you will have to offer it up and add the correct amount of spacers.

The silencer also has another strap bracket to hold on the lighting bracket this is adjustable so you can move it forwards and back for the best position.

On the stock 50cc engine we gained 1 bhp by fitting this system and it good all the way up to 180cc

We have made them for the 50cc chassis and have not tried them on the 125 chassis bike yet but you are welcome to come to us and we can look in to making a conversion kit.
