Full tune up kit for 50cc to 75cc with early type 420 chain pitch 108mm sprocket centre hole “check your one first.

The kit consists of the following

1 X Large valve cylinder head 24/20 complete with cam and rockers

1 X Cylinder 75cc with no markings of the CC! And piston kit with pin and rings

1 X Carb kit with performance filter

1 X Manifold kit

1 X Performance CDI unit no limiter

1 X Full top end gasket set

1 X Rear sprocket 420 x 45T Talon alloy

We recommend you have a professional fit his kit, However you can use the C50/90 manuals see product code 0749

Changing the standard exhaust is recommended as they are very restricted see our exhaust section for more info.

This is a great kit and transforms the lazy 3.4 BHP engine up to 6.5 BHP making the bikes usable for every day use plus you will no longer be a member of the Gutter club!
